Therapy sessions are designed to help you as a couple improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen your relationships. We work collaboratively with both of you to implement positive changes.

We believe that everyone should have access to the support they need to live healthy and fulfilling lives. That's why we offer therapy services at discounted rates to students and individuals aged 11-18, so that cost never becomes a barrier to getting the help you deserve.

Your personal time should be yours to do with what you want, so to save you hassle, Relational Counselling offers Recurring billing for our Individual Therapy services. Freeing you up to focus on what’s important!

If you’re on an individual journey, we offer short-term counselling and long-term/open-ended psychotherapy. Our weekly sessions give you the space to gradually rewire your nervous system and create lasting change.
If you’re seeking couple therapy, we work slightly differently, with the option to attend fortnightly or weekly sessions with a structured six-session focus. Often, couples coming to therapy find this helpful for learning new tools for better communication, friendship, and intimacy. After six weeks, you can choose to pause and reflect, or continue with further sessions. We give you enough time and space to make progression at a comfortable pace.
